Internal orders

Registration & ordering

Teachers and staff of the UdK Berlin with an @intra.udk-berlin.de email address can order products from the UdK:shop internally. These can be collected from the UdK:shop (5th floor, Einsteinufer 43, 10587 Berlin) if they are in stock. If the products are not in stock at the Einsteinufer warehouse, they will be sent out the following day, provided the order is received by 18 o'clock.

If you do not have an intra.udk-berlin.de mail address, you can order the products via the conventional ordering procedure. You can find information on this here.

Accounting

The UdK:shop products for the external presentation of the UdK Berlin, e.g. for staff, for professors and for guests of our meetings and conferences. Please note that each order must be taken from the respective budget or project budget. Therefore, please have the booking details of the respective area ready in order to complete the ordering process.
