Forests are the basis of all life. The trees bind CO2, clean our groundwater and provide a habitat for a diverse flora and fauna. In the past few years, Germany has lost hundreds of thousands of hectares of forest to drought, extreme weather conditions and pests. The Mischwald project contributes to the reforestation of healthy and climate-resistant mixed forests that preserve our domestic ecospheres. With the purchase of a brooch, the Mischwald project in cooperation with Bergwaldprojekt e.V. is planting a native tree in Germany.
