"Ciao" means both hello and goodbye in Italian. With this name, the puzzle makes it clear that you see the depicted fish probably for the first and possibly for the last time, because the fish species in Berlin waters is threatened with extinction. If you puzzle the fish together and put them decoratively on your shelf, they could remind you to pay a little more attention to the environment.
